ART BY CHANCE is a brand new Ultra Short Film Festival takes place simultaneously every spring in 20+ countries and 200+ cities worldwide.

You don't need to buy a ticket or go to a movie theater for this festival! Movies just pop into your lives in subways, buses, airports, shopping malls, trains, sports centers, art galleries, museums, planes, campuses, cafes and bars! Internationally selected and themed creative short films catch you unexpectedly while traveling in the subway, waiting at the airport, shopping or just strolling around.

Every year international jury select top 30 films and each year has a theme. First year theme was JOURNEY and ART BY CHANCE 2010 films reflect concept of TIME.

ART BY CHANCE receive hundreds of entries from all around the world and film makers find a chance to reach wider audience through public screens.
